Cold in the middle, is red, and has red juices.
MEDIUM RARE: Cool in the middle, is red, and
has pink juices.
MEDIUM: Warm in the middle, is pink, and has
pink juices.
MEDIUM WELL: Hot in the middle, has no pink,
and has clear juices.
WELL: Hot in the middle, is not pink, and has
no juices.
